Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Officer at Dhaman, you will:

Implement and adhere to procurement policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with Dhaman’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Administer purchase contracts, including handling deliveries, returns, and warranties.

Review requisitions for clinical and non-clinical materials and determine the best procurement methods.

Prepare and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), analyzing supplier bids.

Coordinate with requestors to secure favorable purchasing terms and specifications.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate documentation and price lists.

Report supply challenges to the Direct Manager and ensure timely resolutions.

Communicate with suppliers to guarantee on-time deliveries and quality standards.

Prepare technical specifications and evaluation criteria for RFPs.

Develop bid documents and manage supplier bid lists for competitive sourcing.

Collaborate with warehouses to monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages.

Maintain an updated list of approved suppliers and foster strong relationships.

Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on delivery, quality, pricing, and service.
Education, Qualifications, and Skills
To qualify for this role, you should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
