About the Role
As a Group Financial Controller, you will lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role also involves supporting executive management with data-driven insights, overseeing taxation matters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Professional certification like CPA, CMA, CA, or ACCA is highly preferred
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory position
- Experience in a group or multi-entity structure is a strong advantage
Essential Skills
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
