Desert Leisure is expanding rapidly and seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. If you have expertise in BIM modeling, landscape design, and construction coordination, this is your opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects in the region.
Job Overview
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing landscape design BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Your work will bridge the gap between design and execution, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external BIM teams to develop and manage LOD 400 to LOD 500 BIM models in line with the BIM Execution Plan.

Produce high-quality 2D landscape drawings using AutoCAD.

Conduct clash detection and generate reports using Navisworks.

Ensure adherence to AEC industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.

Utilize Dynamo, SketchUp, and Adobe PDF for enhanced modeling and documentation (preferred).

Oversee hardscape, softscape, swimming pools, and water features in BIM models.

Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built documentation.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for landscape projects (UAE experience preferred).

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Strong understanding of BIM standards, clash detection, and construction detailing.

Knowledge of Dynamo, SketchUp, and Adobe PDF is a plus.
