Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Procurement Officer at Dhaman, you will:

Review and analyze requisitions for both clinical and non-clinical materials

Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers

Collect supplier quotations and create detailed comparison sheets

Submit evaluated quotes to managers for approval
-
Generate accurate Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain proper documentation
-
Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and timely deliveries

Assist in developing technical specifications for Requests for Proposals

Coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent inventory shortages

Maintain and update Dhaman’s approved supplier database

Build and nurture strong supplier relationships

Handle additional procurement tasks as assigned
Education and Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

2+ years of procurement experience (healthcare sector preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for spreadsheets)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Capacity to work independently under pressure
