Job Overview
As the Nursing Manager – Emergency Department, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with JCI standards while leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Your expertise will drive quality care delivery and optimize emergency department workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the Emergency Department (ED), ensuring adherence to JCI accreditation and DHA regulations

Lead, mentor, and evaluate ED nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care

Implement evidence-based clinical practices and emergency protocols

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for crisis intervention and complex case management

Monitor department performance metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction levels

Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and professional development initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements

DHA License or Eligibility (mandatory requirement)

Minimum 5 years of ED experience, including 2+ years in senior leadership (UAE or CCC experience preferred)

Emergency certification (ATCN, TNCC, or CEN) strongly preferred

Expertise in JCI standards and emergency care best practices
