🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and workforce

Oversee carpentry, aluminium/glass, interlock, painting & masonry works

Ensure quality standards and safety compliance

Coordinate between engineers, subcontractors and clients

Manage project timelines and deliverables
✅ Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years UAE experience in civil maintenance
✔ Technical diploma in Civil Engineering
✔ Valid UAE driving license (must bring to interview)
✔ Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
✔ FM/Real Estate background preferred
