Requirements:
✅ Currently based in the UAE
✅ Graduate degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a SENCo
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Passionate about inclusive education and student development
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the SEN department and policies.

Support teachers in implementing inclusive classroom practices.

Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists.

Track student progress and ensure their well-being and academic growth.
